Frida is looking for a full-time Chargeback Specialist to join the team at HQ. The role will support Operations and Finance to help drive results. We need someone who will be able to jump in, be self-motivated, and has a passion for delivering impact from day 1!
Core Responsibilities:
- Process, generate, and send customer invoices daily via email and EDI. Work closely with the logistics team to obtain proof of deliveries.
- Research, analyze and dispute customer deductions and credits within a consumer product industry.
- Navigate retail customer portals to obtain claims of shortages, late shipment, defective merchandise, and incorrect pricing, as well as track claims for other customer types that do not have portals.
- Coordinate with order management, customer service, and fulfillment personnel regarding claims and deductions to make sure we have proper documentation to substantiate claims or deductions or to prove that claims are not substantiated.
- Research and resolve customer issues and discrepancies relating to payments and/or invoices.
- Work closely with the customer service, order management team, and sales teams to resolve any customer issues/disputes.
- Provide information for audit request
- Provide monthly reporting of credits to upper management.

Skills & Requirements:
- Strong data entry skills
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Experience with revenue recognition, incoterms, bill of ladings, credit holds, and sales discounts
- At least two years’ experience within Accounts Receivables
- At least two years’ experience disputing/researching deductions and credits
