Friedman & Bruya, Inc is looking for an office assistant to join the team. Our company is fast-paced and collaborative, and we value working independently within a group. The ideal candidate will play a role in interfacing with clients, including sending deliverables, answering phones, and maintaining the office area.
Responsibilities Include:
- Print and email reports to clients
- Receive and distribute mail and email
- Answer incoming calls
- Maintain organization in office area
- Provide additional administrative support to laboratory
This is a part time position of 16-24 hours per week. Additional hours may be available. Prior experience with Word and Outlook is great. Excellent organization skills required. Please submit resume or cover letter expressing interest.
Friedman & Bruya (F&B) is a nationally recognized environmental laboratory operating with the mission of providing data of the highest quality to a wide range of clientele. F&B’s laboratory is located just north of downtown in Seattle’s Interbay neighborhood with a team of chemists each averaging over 15 years of experience in the industry. Summer 2022 we will be moving to the Georgetown neighborhood.
