This is a part time position about 15 hours a week, must be able to work afternoon shifts 3:00 - 800pm and Saturdays 12:00-5:00pm
Responsibilities
- Answer dealership group phones, greet customers
- Take customer payments
- Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting.
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Light office work such as scanning and filing
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
- Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
