Food Prep
Prep all products according to recipe specs.
Prep products to levels as directed by Manager; stock kitchen to ensure rush readiness
Complete Pull/Thaw to levels directed by Management.
Support grill team / Service room/ utility as needed
Label all products not in original containers; day dot with correct thaw times and shelf life.
Maintain clean and sanitized prep area; clean & sanitize all equipment & utensils between products
