Full Time | Day Shift Working 7am-3pm | Seasonal: Summer

** Pay rate between $15.48-20.06/hour ** (based on experience)

A Maintenance Groundskeeper carries out grounds work, snow removal, and occasional light maintenance duties as assigned by Assistant Director.

Requirements for The Friendly Home Maintenance Groundskeeper:

A combination of experience, education, and/or training which substantially demonstrates the following knowledge and skills:

• High school diploma required.
• Equivalent experience in grounds and landscaping work preferred.
• Must possess valid NYS driver's license.

Responsibilities for The Friendly Home Maintenance Groundskeeper:

• Performs grounds up-keeping tasks in courtyard and immediate front of building and in other areas as assigned.
• Reports to fire zone when alarm sounds.
• Participates in in-service education and safety programs.
