Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to join our healthcare facility. As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing many aspects of nursing operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This is a leadership role that requires strong managerial skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for providing exceptional healthcare services.

Duties:
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal care
- Oversee the maintenance of accurate medical records and documentation
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional growth, and employee satisfaction

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred, LPN accepted
- Current RN license in good standing
- Experience in home health, hospice care, nursing homes, or assisted living facilities preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical records management, Medicare regulations, and nursing administration
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities
