Position Details:
- This position is full-time, 1.0FTE, 1st shift
- Location: US: WI: MILWAUKEE at our FROEDTERT HOSPITAL facility. This job is ON - SITE.
Job Summary:
Reporting to Chief CRNA, assists in the management of nurse anesthesia services. Will participate/coordinate quality, practice, and educational initiatives. Assists with ongoing education of learners within anesthesia/perioperative departments.
Requirements:
- Two years’ experience as a CRNA is required. Previous leadership experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited School of Nursing is required. Graduate of accredited Nurse Anesthetist school is required.
- Requires current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact). National Board of Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) is required. American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required. American Heart Association (AHA) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) is required. Medicaid and Medicare (PECOS) enrollment is required. State of Wisconsin Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber (APNP) license is required.
