A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RETAIL LEAD
In this retail lead position, your main goal is to maximize sales while minimizing costs. Some of your daily tasks include controlling the budget, monitoring stock levels, making inventory purchases, and inspecting store areas. You also contribute to our company's growth by overseeing promotional events, analyzing revenue reports, and keeping up to date with marketing trends. You provide exceptional customer service to our guests by listening intently and resolving issues as needed. You're an effective leader who is good at staying organized and delegating necessary responsibilities to your fellow staff members.
