Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Source candidates through various channels, including job postings, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate the hiring process.
- Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Address employee relations issues promptly and effectively.
- Promote a positive work environment through communication and conflict resolution.
- Performance Management:
- Implement and oversee performance appraisal processes.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions.
- Recognize and reward employee achievements and contributions.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Coordinate employee development initiatives, including workshops and seminars.
- Support career development and succession planning efforts.
- Compliance and Policy Administration:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Update and communicate company policies and procedures.
- Benefits Administration:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment, inquiries, and claims processing.
- HR Reporting and Analytics:
- Compile HR metrics and generate reports for management review.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably in the service industry
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
