Company Summary:

Front Range Stone, a Division of Patrick Industries, serves the entire state and is one of Colorado’s largest and most established custom countertop and commercial surface fabricators offering a breadth of countertop products including Granite, Quartz, Solid Surface, and Laminate.

Position Summary:

To assist in pricing and reconciliation of quotes and purchase orders. Successful candidate will have a sleeves up, can do attitude who will see a solution in every problem with a high attention of detail.

Responsibilities:

• Review and respond with timely and accurate cost quotes for customer jobs. 
• Calculate job cost changes that occur throughout the Template Appointment.
• Audit additional charges and ensure payments are accurate and received prior to both production & installation.
• Review order and quote with customer to finalize purchase.
• Willing and eagerness to learn the countertop industry through a positive “can do” attitude.
• Other tasks to support the broader team as assigned by Manager

Qualifications

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous CAD or bidding/estimate experience (preferred but not required).

• Be able to read or willing to learn Computer Assisted Drawings (CADs), template paperwork and original purchase orders.

• Able to communicate effectively communicate across the organization with customers, employees, leadership, and suppliers/vendors.
• High attention to detail

Physical Requirements: 

The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands: occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling, and significant fine finger dexterity. Generally, the job requires 85% sitting, 10% walking, and 5% standing.

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Pay Rate:

$21.00 per hour
