Job Description:
FrontDoor is looking for a Leasing Agent to join our team! This is a full-time, in-office position.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all residents
- Respond to resident requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Follow and comply with all lease policies, procedures, and procedures of the department of housing and community management (DHCM)
- Maintain a clean and organized office area
- Maintain a clean and orderly lobby area
- Respond to resident inquiries regarding leasing, property management, or other issues that may affect the operation of the property
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Knowledge of basic property management procedures and processes (i.e., lease contracts, tenant files, etc.)
- Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with varying levels of ability.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to be flexible.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
