Overview
Frontdoor, Inc. is seeking a Paid Search/SEM expert to join our team to scale the ProConnect paid search program to an even bigger component of our marketing mix. Responsible for paid media execution and account maintenance, focused on paid search, for the ProConnect business. This role will work closely with the manager and other stakeholders to ensure projects are on plan and executed accurately. This is a hands-on role, and the ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail and enjoys a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Ideate, plan, execute and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads & Microsoft Advertising
Own and Implement optimizations in paid search, and other marketing programs as needed, under guidance of ProConnect Manager of Digital Marketing and the Performance Marketing team.
Communicate with channel owners and internal stakeholders on project status and follow-ups.
Monitor and maintain campaign budgets, pacing, and bid adjustments to meet business objectives
Leverage automated bidding tools to maximize volume within efficiency targets.
Research keywords, analyze their relevance and perform competitive analysis.
Execute on tactics to drive effective user experiences to improve on KPIs, including landing page and copy tests.
Provide regular and ad-hoc campaign reports and analysis.
Recommend project opportunities and optimizations across relevant channels.
Assist in strategic communication and documentation.
Learn to leverage paid marketing tech stack to optimize for customer value and experience
Qualifications
Minimum 5 Years paid marketing experience.
Proficient in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
Able to manage complex paid search accounts, considering factors such as user behavior, location, down-funnel effects to paid search, etc.
Advanced knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising UI & Editors. Google Scripts a plus.
Advanced Excel skills; strong analytical background including data manipulation, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs
Track record of strong execution in a results-oriented capacity.
Possess exceptional communication skills with a strong ability to listen, communicate professionally in both written and verbal manner.
Ability to demonstrate sound judgement
Ownership mentality. Ability to perform at high levels in a fast-paced ever-changing work environment.
Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize based on opportunity and risk.
Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimal direction.
