The Opportunity

The merchandise coordinator is a support partnership between the merchandising and creative teams. Helping to maintain samples, properly packing, locating, purging of samples, and making sure all samples product is pulled for any photography.

Your Impact

Support sample management and inventory status

• Process samples into SIMS

Work with multiple categories

• Properly box, pack, locate with SIMS all samples
• Pack and load freight trailers and box trucks for location photography
• Support pulling samples for studio, location, or prepress teams

Maintain Safe, clean and organized temporary warehouse

• Unload/load trailers within warehouse
• Maintain clear walkways within temporary or main warehouse
• Assist with parking of box trucks
• Support the clear, clean, and empty warehouse when finished

What you will Bring

• High School Diploma or GED
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift items (Give specific examples, i.e. boxes, manuals, merchandise, inventory, etc.) weighing approximately 75 to 100 lbs.
• Organizational skills, detail-oriented
• Procure, drive, maintain trucks, samples, and property
• Properly pack and load all samples into trucks or in pallet locations
• Valid driver’s license
• Available to travel out of town for location photography average 4 months a year
• Working knowledge of Microsoft word, excel, SIMS, and handheld scanners
• Communicate with all team members on set
• Ability to safety operate walkie, counterbalance, reach truck, stock picker, scissor lift, box maker, and box trucks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Merchandising / Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred)
