This position contributes to the Company Mission and Quality Policy by making decisions and performing tasks that support the goals and ideals of Frontier Ag & Turf. This at-will position includes goals and tasks as outlined below, and any other job duties that are required to meet the objectives of the company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/STORE MANAGEMENT:
- Develops and maintains a positive relationship with all existing and new customers and resolves any elevated customer issues
- Ensures that appropriate communication takes place within and across all departments at the store. Leads regular department management staff meetings
- Models the dealership values, principles, vision, and mission within their location
- Supports Upper Management in implementing changes in any department within the location
- Ensures the successful planning and execution of marketing activities and events
- Oversees maintenance, security and a professional appearance of the facility and property
- Other duties as assigned
This position may also require selling new and used agricultural goods or turf/utility or CCE equipment or both. All to include selling, receiving and delivery of parts, accessories, and attachments. These responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Represents the Dealership in the sale of Large Ag, Small Ag /Turf equipment to customers in a defined sales area
- Recognized as a Go To person for Large Ag or Small Ag growth initiatives and training
- Creates, develops, and maintains customer accounts in the Large Ag or Small Ag / Turf segments
- Knows and follows a defined sales process
- Maintains product knowledge on Large Ag or Small Ag and Turf equipment and reports on competitive marketing and product activities
- Understands various JDF financing options available on Ag and Turf equipment
- Provide complete customer service by accurately determining the needs of the customer as it relates to parts and service support
- Provide timely and accurate technical support/information to customers (internal and external)
- Work closely with the Service and Parts Departments to supply service parts as needed, promote additional sales opportunities, facilitate attachment sales, maintain accurate inventory counts, and offer customer service support when needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment for our employees and customers. Create an enticing retail sales environment for our in-store customers
- Keep accurate records of inventory receipted-in and sold in order to maintain accurate inventory levels
- Maintain the condition of company vehicles, inventory, equipment, and tools
- Must maintain current knowledge of John Deere and competitive products by successfully completing required training

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- 5 years experience in a retail environment
- 1 additional years experience as a parts or service manager or in a sales role preferred
- Familiar with John Deere and competitive products
- Experience dealing with elevated customer issues
- Ability to lead and motivate others
- Knowledge of financial metrics, marketing experience and a solid understanding of sales, parts, and service operations
- Solid analytical, business planning, problem solving, and communication skills
