What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Quality Coordinator position at Frost Brown Todd LLC?
Frost Brown Todd LLC is currently seeking a Data Quality Coordinator to join our Firm. The Data Quality Coordinator will be responsible for the entry, normalization, and maintenance of data in the firm’s experience management system. This individual can be located in any of our offices or can work remotely within any of our markets.
Job responsibilities include:
- Performing data entry and research on entities tracked in the firm’s experience management system, Foundation.
- Creating procedures and rules to maintain clean data and standardize data entries, and performing regular audits to ensure data integrity.
- Assisting with designing and distributing reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborating with legal practice assistants, attorneys, marketing and pricing teams to confirm matter and client information.
- Assisting with testing of new releases and enhancements and driving adoption of the experience management system.
- Providing recommendations for enhancing the data quality and efficiency of the experience management system.
Requirements
- Associates Degree or equivalent work experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) required.
- Prior legal or professional services experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Foundation Firm Intelligence a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in fast-paced environment.
- Strong critical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
