POSITION SUMMARY

As a Technician Apprentice, you will support our team in safeguarding our clients' digital assets. This role offers hands-on experience in using ladders, hand tools, power tools, at times powered lifts to accomplish jobs, and best practices, preparing you for a rewarding career in this dynamic field.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

  • Assist in the installation and configuration of security and fire systems hardware.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Adhere to all company policies and industry regulations.
  • Assist in creating documentation and reports for security assessments and audits.
  • Complete assigned training modules and certifications within specified timelines.
  • Accurately maintain inventory records for all hardware.
  • Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment and keep parts and supplies in order.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to support requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring user satisfaction.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Capable of lifting and moving equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable working in various environments, including client sites and on ladders.
  • Must be able to work at heights.
  • Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
  • Position may require travel: Up to 25%

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
