Experience in customer service

PLC knowledge

Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with FSX products

Experience using Word, Excel, Outlook, and Sage

Job Description

This job requires the ability to answer customer calls in a professional manner, listen to and comprehend the issues that the customer is having. Know how to troubleshoot in order to help solve problems. Communicate clearly and effectively through verbal and written means with the help of diagrams for customers to use to troubleshoot their machines. You will be expected to accurately quote parts and determine the warranty.

There will be expectations that after receiving purchase orders you will be able to prepare an invoice and update files and warranty documents.

You will be asked to pull inventory parts and package them or be able to effectively communicate this need to others. And prepare shipping labels.

Help customers find what they need when looking for parts.

Read baselines chart and work with customers to provide new baselines and discuss what their readouts mean.

Product knowledge - Develop comprehensive knowledge of all FSX products.

We provide on-the-job training.

Hourly Wage

Start $19.00-$21.00 depending on experience and background

90 days $1.00 increase

1 year $1.50 increase
