Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct reconciliation of budgetary reports, income statements, cash flow, balance sheets, dashboards, etc.
  • Create financial models, perform benchmarking, and analyze processes to identify trends, providing actionable recommendations directly to the Chief Financial Officer.
  • Lead the multi-step Budgeting Process for the entire firm, collaborating with the CFO, department heads, and Office Managing Members.
  • Perform advanced data analysis on relevant business systems.
  • Collaborate with business units and management to assess business processes, pinpoint gaps, and define technical solution requirements.
  • Generate management reports with comprehensive financial analysis.
  • Gather and communicate business and technical requirements for projects or operational needs.
  • Address ad-hoc data analysis requests.
  • Oversee the Firm’s financial analysts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
