Summary:
Good data is the key to the future success of the company, and this role is essential to ensuring our data is the best in the industry! The Data Specialist is responsible for maintaining and managing customer and item catalog data for FUJIFILM Sonosite and VisualSonics.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the creation and updates of the master customer and item catalog data
- Create the link between customer data in various systems and also organize customers into the proper hierarchies
- Cross reference multiple systems and sources to validate customer account information, and merge or eliminate duplicates as necessary
- Work with all relevant parties to determine appropriate item categories for all part numbers
- Manage the status of all items, and define what each status means
- Lead initiatives to support data integrity and normalization
- Work across multiple departments to determine the correct data structures
- Document data processes, rules and how various fields are utilized
Knowledge/Experience:
- Knowledge of computer system applications: Microsoft Office (E-mail, Excel and Word), Oracle ERP, Salesforce.com
- Experience with master data management and data tools preferred
- Very strong attention to detail, with a passion for accuracy; data must be precise
- Strong problem-solving skills
Skills/Abilities:
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to work with large sets of data from 1000 to 100,000 records
- Keen eye to spot discrepancies
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Proficient in Word and Power Point
- Ability to make decisions based on guidance provided
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25lbs with or without accommodations
Salary and Benefits:
- $65,000- $75,000 variable bonus opportunity

- Paid Time Off:

- Seven (7) paid holidays per year
