Overview
The Supply Chain Planner 3 role supports the project phase and operations of GMP Purchasing and Supply Chain Planning at FDBN to ensure that the right materials are available at the right time, in the correct quantity to support process validations and GMP production. This role supports the materials planning process and direct purchasing while liaising with both internal and external stakeholders on the status of material readiness. This role is responsible for supporting the planning team and orchestrating associated tasks to start up, while transitioning into commercial operations, including, but not limited, establishing standard operating procedure, reports, material plans, manage projects and stakeholder relationships. The role collaborates closely with all stakeholders across the FDB to setup accurate master data for both material and production planning in the SAP ERP system.

Major Accountabilities:
• Develops process activities for the material purchasing including inventory and supplier management• Provides system expertise for new material and Bill of Material (BOM) enrollment• Manages basic production planning, including execution of material MRP planning and managing production schedule non product contact processes• Ensures material availability by effectively communicating with vendors and internal customers to make sure materials are received and released for manufacturing• Coordinates and integrates the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and customers• Identifies opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness, and capabilities of the supply chain• Oversees the process activities for the material purchasing including, but not limited to supplier engagement, execution of material MRP planning, and converting purchase requisitions into purchase orders• Ensures follow-up on material delivery and release for process production, end to end (product contact)• Initiates solutions to resolve any problems associated with availability• Performs other duties, as assigned
Basic Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in Supply Chain OR• Master’s degree with 3 years of experience in Supply Chain
Preferred Requirements:
• GMP regulation experience • SAP S4/HANA or other SAP ERP system experience• Experience with data management, Advanced Excel skills
• APICS training or certifications
