Position Overview:
We are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team who will automate marketing processes and create marketing efficiencies for Fujitsu. This person will be responsible for maintaining and growing our utilization of marketing automation tools, including Eloqua, through multiple projects this year. They will streamline marketing processes, manage lead scoring and routing, and develop automated workflows to be more efficient and effective. They will stay abreast of tool best practice and be responsible for integrations, contact management, as well as data privacy regulations and tracking.
The Marketing Operations Specialist will be given a unique opportunity to create change, push innovative boundaries, and test new and emerging digital tools. This position works for Fujitsu Network Communications, Inc. and will be located at the Richardson, TX campus.
Responsibilities:
- Full administration of marketing automation platform (Eloqua), including contact database management, Salesforce CRM integration, campaign buildout, data privacy standards, and lead qualification
- Project management of new marketing automation implementations as we expand our tool utilization
- Manage email send processes, including UX/UI and performance
- Own and manage Martech tools
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or related field
- 0-2 years’ experience with Marketing Operations or similar
- Experience using a marketing automation platform (Eloqua a plus). Certifications desired
- Willingness to build in-depth understanding of B2B marketing technologies and track current digital trends and best practices
- Exposure to Tableau or other data visualization skills a bonus
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
