What are the responsibilities and job description for the SAP Project Lead position at Fujitsu?
Requirement Summary:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in SAP implementation and enhancement projects.
- Solid understanding of business processes and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder management.
- Experience in updating project plans and manage project work plans throughout each project.
- Ability to manage an issues log and risk register for each project, develop a communications plan for UAT and develop an end-user training / communication plan.
- Resource will assist in development and tracking of project cutover plan.
- Resource will schedule regular meetings with stakeholders, capture meeting minutes, and assist in facilitating meetings with stakeholders to provide updates regarding the project.
