As a Driver Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with drivers interested in a new career, building a relationship, increasing interest level, and facilitating the onboarding process. You will be making calls and sending emails to aspiring drivers who have applied online to complete the activation process. You will also have the benefit of specific financial incentives to motivate people to try driving with one of the two largest ride-hailing applications in the world. You have the opportunity to earn $35,000 to $50,000 per year. In addition to a dynamic team environment, you'll enjoy competitive benefits, generous incentives, and performance-based bonuses!
Job Description:
- Harvest and qualify the leads to determine interest level and opportunity to continue the application to the next step
- Reach out to the pipeline of qualified drivers through cold calling and e-mail communication
- Meets established target quotas per week, for activations for vehicle inspection.
- Ensures account information is accurate
- Administers multiple and concurrent tasks with speed and proficiency
Qualifications
1 to 2 years of previous experience in OB Services (Sales and Customer Service)

- Proven ability to multitask and work under pressure while meeting deadlines
- Must be able to work independently, be self-motivated, be a problem solver and goal-oriented; and also able to work in a team environment
- Must be able to adapt to change in a positive and constructive manner
- Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
