Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Mission Viejo, CA

Terms: Full-time (Part-time is available)

Salary: $16-17.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm

About the role:

Production Operator is responsible for safely running the packaging line to fulfill packaging orders. This position is key to maintaining high quality standards and follows GMP protocol through proper documentation and practices. Training is provided.

Responsibilities:

· Performs equipment cleaning, setup, and operation in a safe manner

· Operates liquid fillers, labeler, inkjet printer, induction sealer, and heat guns

· Follows standard operating procedures and work instructions

· Documents the packaging process using an ERP system and batch records

· Verifies quality standards are met during packaging runs

· Performs material handling tasks

· Optimizes and troubleshoots packaging equipment

· Maintains cleanliness in warehouse and packaging area

· Must wear appropriate PPE as required

Requirements:

· High school diploma or general education diploma (GED)

· 1 year experience in a cGMP production line is preferred

· Previous forklift experience is preferred

· Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions

· Basic computer skills to use an ERP system

· Ability to troubleshoot packaging machinery

· Strong work ethic

· Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs

· Must be able to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment
