Job Summary:
Functional Distro Co. is looking for a talented Distribution Sales Rep to be part of our Sales Team. The Distribution Sales Rep will be solely responsible for sales and distribution of products within our portfolio of brands.
- Meet key performance indicators (KPI’s) focused on sales and distribution.
- Responsible for increasing distribution and volume in key on/off premise accounts.
- Participate in team sales events and meetings
- Improve velocity in accounts by building displays, driving distribution, displaying POS items, educating retail employees, sampling, and securing features.
- Merchandise product sections, maintain and increase shelf facings, clean shelving and rotate product.

Qualifications:
- Proven track record on meeting or exceeding assigned KPI’s and objectives
- Minimum of 1 year of sales, trade/customer marketing or related industry experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Attention to detail, organization and self/time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to make oral presentation
- Drivers license and ability to drive on behalf of the company
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
