Join our team as our Manager of Logistics and lead our logistics division towards excellence. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll spearhead strategic initiatives, optimize operations, and nurture key relationships. If you’re ready to drive efficiency, elevate service quality, and shape our logistics future, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Develop and execute logistics strategy aligned with organizational objectives.

·        Establish KPI’s to gauge performance and foster a culture of innovation and improvement.

·        Collaborate with executives to synchronize logistics strategies with overarching business goals.

·        Oversee transportation, warehousing, product inventory and distribution functions.

·        Ensure timely deliveries while minimizing costs and enhancing routes.

·        Cultivate relationships with transportation providers and warehousing partners.

·        Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms.

·        Conduct performance reviews and audits to ensure compliance and reliability.

·        Identify technical opportunities to optimize logistics processes.

·        Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and industry norms.

·        Directly manage Domestic Logistics Manager and support team.

·        Other duties as assigned by CEO.

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.

·        Extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management.

·        Proficiency in logistics principles, practices, and technologies.

·        Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.

·        Adaptability in a dynamic environment.
