Your Superpowers in Action
- Lead global retail strategies at Funko including partner management, annual planning, in-store activations, merchandising, promotions, and paid media.
- Work with retail commercial teams, including buying & planning, merchandising, and operations to develop marketing strategy and plan for the all B2B retail channels.
- Drive adoption and understanding across sales and marketing leadership to partner with the broader Funko enterprise; delivering end-to end retail program planning
- Defining monthly promotional planning utilizing all mediums to drive both offline/online sales.
- Collaborate with creative team and marketing team in defining and executing strong creative, and consistent messaging across all traditional and digital platforms.
- Strong focus in driving both in-store and on-line conversion through digital platforms.
- Work directly with retail merchandising teams to drive successful execution of marketing programs at retail.
- Connect with wholesale and specialty sales channels to develop marketing strategy and plan for key wholesale partners.
- Bring innovative thinking and a fan-centric mindset to the team, working to deliver a more seamless brand and shopping experience.
- Lead, develop and empower a team of 4 marketing professionals

- 7-9 years of experience building, managing and executing retail programs
- Knowledge in retail and marketing management
- Industry Knowledge – Desire to research, keep up-to-date, and make recommendations and enhancements around the latest applications and trends surrounding social media
- Excellent people and management skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or communications, or in a technical field
