Receptionist

Are you a “people person”?

Do you have a knack for providing great customer service?

Well established RV Dealer in Tualatin has an immediate, entry level opening for a full-time Receptionist to warmly meet our customers with an energetic and inviting attitude. This is a front line, customer relations position and you are often the face of the dealership, as the first-person customers meet, so you must always be polished and professional. Will assist customers both in person and on phone. Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain outstanding phone etiquette is a must.

Work schedule is Tuesday thru Saturday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Great opportunity for students; may work on homework during down time. Schedule may change to support business needs.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Promptly and warmly meet, greet and answer phone calls, directing the customer to the appropriate representative or department
• Help keep track of the mail log
• Help track sales traffic
• Enter customer information into CRM
• Assisting General Sales Manager with clerical type duties
• Distribute mail and coordinate courier pick-ups, if needed
• Keep sales floor clean and presentable
• Provide administrative support to the department, as needed
• May cross train to perform other duties

Education & Experience:

• Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist or other customer service-oriented position
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and relationship-building skills
• Strong work ethic and organizational skills
• Professional references
• Ability to effectively communicate with dealership employees and customers alike
• Computer Proficient

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
