What are the responsibilities and job description for the STOCK ASSOCIATE position at Furla Spa C.F.-US - streamline?
The Stock Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing operational and stock support to the business by overseeing an efficient stockroom and accurate inventory. In this role, he/she must be able to prioritize all their responsibilities and provide our customers with exceptional service by supporting the selling process as needed.

- Be self-managing; focus on effective planning and time management as well as prioritization of tasks
• Executes shipping and receiving process, reporting any issues to Store Manager and taking the necessary steps to resolve • Efficiently preparing merchandise moves between stores (domestically)
• Ensures an accurate and organized store inventory at all times- overseeing cycle counts, scheduled inventories and reconciliation with support and direction from the Store Manager • Report any shipment discrepancies immediately to Store Manager in addition to weekly communication on weekly basis about the stock available and/or damages
- Support the team in the selling and merchandising processes ensuring the highest level of client experience
• Manage all ordering of store supplies • Process repairs and damages on a timely basis according to company guidelines
- Ensure that the selling floor is consistently replenished
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in a previous stock role with supervisory duties; ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, and problem solve
- Ability to work well under pressure and multi task
- Full understanding of store operations and Computer skills to include a retail point-of-sale software system and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must be able to lift, carry, or otherwise move objects weighing up to 25 pounds when merchandising sales floor, using ladders or stairs
