Field technician

You will be joining a fantastic team with great camaraderie. No prior telecom experience is required, but you should be mechanically inclined and a quick learner.

We are looking for full-time (or part-time) field technicians to perform customer installations and repairs of fixed wireless Internet infrastructure.

We are growing quickly and need to expand our field team to perform new installations and repairs. A typical site visit includes : coordinating appointments with customers or the customer success team organizing gear ahead of time (long travel times make return visits impractical) understanding customer needs once on site explaining the install / repair plan to the customer assessing line of sight and then installing a rooftop radio antenna wiring from the rooftop radio antenna to a central location inside the home configuring the rooftop and in-home routers testing the completed installation providing clear and complete explanations to the customer coordinate with the support team to close out the installation / repair An ideal candidate : should have 1-2 years experience as installers of residential satellite-TV, security systems, or similar experience.

must be friendly, positive, and have outstanding customer service skills should have solid verbal and written communication skills must be able to lift 50 lbs and climb 40-foot ladders while meeting weight restrictions to comply with OSHA / FR safety standards.

must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle and pass an MVR (driving record) test can make a long term commitment (this is not a temporary assignment) is a fast learner of radio and networking technologies authorized to work in the United States is available to work more than 30 hours per week.
