Position Summary:
Fusco Financial Associates is looking for an energetic, team-oriented person to fill the role of a Receptionist. This position is responsible for a wide variety of tasks including, but not limited to the following:

Essential functions and responsibilities:

  • Assisting President with daily office management
  • Office calendar management for 6 associates
  • Document preparation, editing, and review for correct grammar and spelling
  • File documents and maintain current filing systems
  • Scanning and copying documents
  • Process incoming/outgoing mail
  • Maintain tidiness of office areas
  • Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls
  • Coordinate logistics for staff training and other internal presentations
  • Maintain office supplies and marketing supplies at adequate levels
  • Assist with various tasks related to human resources
  • Arrange airfare and travel logistics for company
  • Assist manager with various administrative and production tasks, as assigned
  • Assisting manager with compliance functions of the office

Nonessential functions and responsibilities:

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma and a minimum of three years of experience performing administrative functions in an office setting
  • Excellent Spelling and Grammar
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point

Preferred Skills:

  • Associate degree in Business is preferred
  • Experience with a financial services firm

Required Experience:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must have experience with a professional services company

Pay: $42,000.00 per year
