Position Summary:
Fusco Financial Associates is looking for an energetic, team-oriented person to fill the role of a Receptionist. This position is responsible for a wide variety of tasks including, but not limited to the following:
Essential functions and responsibilities:
- Assisting President with daily office management
- Office calendar management for 6 associates
- Document preparation, editing, and review for correct grammar and spelling
- File documents and maintain current filing systems
- Scanning and copying documents
- Process incoming/outgoing mail
- Maintain tidiness of office areas
- Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls
- Coordinate logistics for staff training and other internal presentations
- Maintain office supplies and marketing supplies at adequate levels
- Assist with various tasks related to human resources
- Arrange airfare and travel logistics for company
- Assist manager with various administrative and production tasks, as assigned
- Assisting manager with compliance functions of the office
Nonessential functions and responsibilities:
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Skills:
- High school diploma and a minimum of three years of experience performing administrative functions in an office setting
- Excellent Spelling and Grammar
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point
Preferred Skills:
- Associate degree in Business is preferred
- Experience with a financial services firm
Required Experience:
