Responsibilities of eLearning Specialist:
- Partner with various departments to gather information and develop a variety of training materials
- Assist with problem solving and creating solutions to better performance outcomes
- Monitor performance outcomes of curriculum and update/revise as necessary
- Analyze current training materials, adapt and develop training materials
- Create & develop e-learning software programs
Requirements of eLearning Specialist:
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Training, Organizational Communication or Instructional Design highly preferred
- Experience with eLearning software programs required
- 1 - 5 years of experience required
- Advanced technical skillset and project management required
Salary of eLearning Specialist:
- $55-75k dependent on education and experience
- Comprehensive benefits, PTO and retirement package
