Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess musculoskeletal conditions and limitations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, function, and pain management.
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, modalities, and exercise prescriptions.
- Educate patients on their condition, treatment plan, and self-care strategies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Document medical records accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Active New Jersey state physical therapy license.
- A minimum of 2–3 years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting (preferred).
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
