The Role
Fusion’s Marketing Campaign and ABM Manager will play a key role in coordinating our sales and product marketing teams. Utilizing account-based marketing strategy to manage and develop content and campaigns, you will help to build and streamline a thriving sales pipeline. In this role you will:
- Oversee content development and execution to support broader demand generation goals.
- Design and execute broad-based marketing initiatives to meet pipeline requirements of target segments.
- Coordinate with BDR and Sales team to generate new pipeline and advance existing opportunities within specific, target segments and target accounts.
- Engage with sales team to communicate and optimize impact of marketing activities and ensure that prospects are being followed up with in a timely manner.
- Iterate and optimize campaigns based on data, analysis, and feedback of campaign performance.
- Develop target account strategies to support account-based selling.
- Design and execute 1-to-1 and 1-to-few marketing initiatives to meet pipeline goals for key accounts and segments.
- Work to craft personalized messaging and sales enablement materials.
- Strategize, build, and execute an Account Based Marketing program to drive pipeline growth.
- Identify tool gaps and recommend, purchase, and manage ABM software.
