At Leominster Rehabilitation you will play an integral part in achieving nursing center business excellence goals as our Business Office Manager. In this role, you will oversee all business office functions to include billing, accounts receivable, census processing, payroll and accounts payable.
Position Highlights
Report directly to the Nursing Home Administrator
Visible position that interfaces regularly with center and regional leadership as well as families, attorneys and auditors
Supervise and monitor business office operations and staff, including Assistant Business Office Manager, Bookkeeper, receptionists and outside agencies.
Manage patient/resident trust funds and maintain confidential files in compliance with all state and federal regulations.
Meet with all patients/residents/responsible party upon admission and at discharge to explain financial obligations and paperwork.'
