As the Division Sales Manager (DSM), you will embody the sales leadership for our Midwest Division, representing our firm with strategic foresight and decisive action. Your pivotal role involves overseeing a team of Regional Sales Managers (RSM) and Sales Administrators (SA) dedicated to serving our client base across the region. Your mission is to drive growth by expanding product distribution and enhancing customer relationships through effective team management and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and inspire your team of RSMs and SAs to achieve sales targets and maintain exceptional customer service standards.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong client engagements and manage relationships to drive customer success and satisfaction.
- Strategic Sales Initiatives: Utilize your expertise to develop and implement strategic sales plans, leveraging market insights and KPIs to drive revenue growth.
- Team Development: Manage job expectations, recruit top talent, and nurture team members' skills to foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Business Acumen: Apply your business acumen and sales skills to enhance the customer experience and expand market share within the Midwest Division.

- Sales and Presentation Skills: Proficiency in creating estimates, sales presentations, and interpreting blueprints as necessary.
- Analytical Ability: Strong capability in KPI analysis to inform strategic decision-making and achieve revenue targets.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to build strong interpersonal relationships, fostering a cohesive and high-performing team environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the construction and building products industries, with familiarity in modular/offsite construction being advantageous.
