We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying potential obstacles, and developing strategies to overcome them. You will work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment where communication, persuasion, and collaboration skills are essential.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with superior communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. They must be comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy and be able to form relationships with new and different people quickly. This position requires someone who is warm, helpful, and friendly, and who can put others at ease and make them feel welcome.

Responsibilities:

  • Pinpoint potential obstacles and qualify prospective customers quickly and thoroughly • Develop strategies to overcome obstacles and build strong relationships with customers • Move sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently, while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel • Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities • Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the obvious choice • Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals • Delegate tasks to team members and build and maintain strong relationships to ensure successful outcomes • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all stakeholders are involved in decision-making processes

Qualifications:

  • High school or equivalent diploma required • 2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience is preferred but we will train the right person • Proven track record of achieving results • Highly organized, detail and deadline-oriented, and a self-starter who loves contributing to your team’s goals • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills • Ability to quickly form relationships with new and different people • Ability to delegate tasks and build and maintain strong relationships to ensure successful outcomes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
