We have an immediate entry level opening for a General Labor
The ideal candidate will work with our East Providence team with various positions manufacturing mattresses.
OVERVIEW
- Performs basic materials handling, housekeeping and warehousing including the ability to calculate and document transactions on a daily basis.
- Facilitates and/or operates equipment assembling, packaging and shipping mattresses.
- Helps lift and position materials for production.
- Cleans work area, machines, tools, and equipment.
- Maintains a safe, clean and organized work environment.
- Identifying workplace safety hazards.
- Adhering to safety management standards.
- Adhering to production schedules.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Flexibility to work overtime including weekends.
· Must be able to work and cooperate as part of a team.
· Ability to use math and understand and calculate measurements, fractions and weight scales and document accordingly.
· Ability to manage paperwork (read schedules, update schedules, etc.)
· Ability to read and understand measurement down to 1/16”.
· Regular and predictable attendance is an essential job function.

Starting Pay $18.00/Hour with opportunities for advancement.
