Responsibilities
The receptionist is responsible for answering the facility telephones, greeting/directing visitors and performing other administrative functions as assigned by the Payroll/Human Resource Director
Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following tasks and assignments
Answers incoming phone calls. Take messages or forward calls to voice mail system. Follows up with staff as appropriate.
Greets visitors in a customer oriented manner.
Sorts and forward all mail to appropriate staff and residents.
Responsible for maintaining the visitor’s sign-in log.
Responsible for distributing employment applications, along with the distribution to appropriate departments heads.
Responsible for the collection of employee lunch money and the appropriate notice of meals to the dietary department.
Responsible for the collection of telephone service fees and the appropriate notice to the maintenance department.
Abides by the standards identified in FutureCare’s Statement of Corporate Ethics and the Corporate Compliance Plan.
Does assigned typing tasks as identified including: letters, reports, forms and other correspondences.
