What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grinding Wheel Repair position at Fuyao Glass America Inc?
Criterias should include:
Critical thinking - steps of problem solving
Detail oriented - sees small details on grinding wheels (groove's depth and width)
Adaptability ‐ able to adapt to our dust filled room, get used to wearing masks, earplugs, steel toe shoes, long pants, shirt/longsleeve, and safety glasses (basic PPE)
Patience - able to act at the right time in any situation, including machine breakdowns (example: go to maintenance when needed)
English literary - read, write, and speak english
Basic math - add, subtract, multiple, and divide
Planning ability - plans ahead in case we are not there and forget to write down instructions
3rd shift
Must be 18 years of age or older.
