Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the company's sales and brand promotion strategy to achieve overall business objectives and expand market share.
Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring the successful attainment of sales targets and performance metrics.
Supervise and guide various sales and brand promotion teams, including telephone sales, online sales, and new media marketing.
Collaborate with the senior management team to participate in company strategic planning, budgeting, and goal-setting.
Provide robust support for sales and brand promotion strategies by analyzing market trends, competitor dynamics, customer demands, and more.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry associations to enhance the company's industry influence.
Take charge of shaping and maintaining the company's brand image, ensuring high market recognition and competitiveness.
Monitor the effectiveness of sales and brand promotion activities, optimizing strategies and initiatives for efficient resource utilization.
Conduct training and development programs for the sales and brand promotion team to enhance team performance and individual capabilities.
Evaluate and implement new sales and promotion tools, channels, and technologies to enhance the company's market expansion capabilities.
Ensure all sales and promotion activities comply with legal regulations and industry ethical standards.
Regularly report sales and brand promotion progress, performance, and market feedback to top management while providing improvement recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in (Business, Finance, Economic or similar)
Prior experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry is highly desirable.
Proven experience in sales and brand promotion, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Strong leadership skills to drive and motivate the sales team effectively.
Proficiency in Spanish language, as it's preferable for this position.
Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Creative mindset to innovate and implement effective sales and brand promotion initiatives.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Knowledge of market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behaviors.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Compensation:
Competitive base salary: $55,000-$63,000
Performance-based incentive: Earn 1.5% of Team sales revenue as an extra bonus!
