Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in targeted territories.
Pipeline Management: Monitor and manage key sales metrics, forecast monthly/quarterly sales, and ensure the CRM is updated accordingly.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our customers.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
Feedback Loop: Collaborate with marketing and product development departments to ensure brand consistency and to gather feedback for product improvements.
Negotiation & Deal Closure: Directly participate in key deals, negotiate contracts, and close agreements to maximize profits.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
SaaS Knowledge: Deep understanding of SaaS sales and marketing tactics.
Leadership: Demonstrable ability to lead and direct high-performance sales teams.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in using sales tools and software, including CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Problem-Solving: Ability to understand customer needs and tackle challenges promptly.
