About US:
GHeritage schools is committed to operating centers that are first and foremost educational and developmental. We currently operate two locations in Bentonville Arkansas- one on the East and the other on the North side of town.
With our focus on education, our research-informed curriculum and approach to early learning provides teachers with the tools and guidance to accommodate children’s natural curiosity and to fully support each child while building problem-solving skills and confidence.

Ideal Candidate for this role
- Will have a strong commitment and passion to build positive relationships with families, children, staff, and the community.
- Will be a dependable self-starter who can take ownership of daily managing the center.
- Will have a bachelor’s or associate degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, or a CDA with multiple relevant years of experience.
- Proven previous managerial experience in a licensed childcare center or a closely related role of at least 80-100 capacity and 10-20 staff members.
- Minimum of one year's Preschool director experience.
Qualifications must meet or exceed state licensing requirements for age, education, and experience.

Pay: $41,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
