What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator position at G2 Executive Search?
The successful candidate for Project Coordinator position will work closely with our project management and estimating team members to focus on document submittals and material acquisition to ensure that projects are completed on budget. They will perform various administrative tasks including project scheduling. In order to be successful, the candidate will possess a self-starter attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to details.
Job Duties:
*Coordinate with plant suppliers to manage a strong database of available plant materials and pricing
*Prepare post award contract documents such as product submittals
*Track projects and coordinate with project management team on project commencement dates
*Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
*Prepare budgets and work to acquire products and materials within those budgets
*Coordinate the completion of contract documents and closeout reports Job
Requirements:
*Solid organizational skills, including multi-tasking and time management
*Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
*Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
*A strong understanding of the landscape industry, plant materials and market is a plus
*Proven work experienceas a Project Coordinator or similar role is a plus

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
