As a part of our team, you will:
- Provide constant face - to - face contact with community referral sources both healthcare and non-healthcare related
- Develop strong relationships with new referral sources and closely monitor and foster existing relationships.
- Introduce and promote primary relationships of potential referral sources.
- Oversee and monitor primary relationships for quality and consistency.
- Develop activities and events that will lead to an increase in utilization of services and positive public relations.
- Make appointments with referral sources and follow-up on them in a timely and effective manner.
- Make frequent regularly-scheduled visits and contacts with appropriate referral sources.
- Market and provide community education.

Pay: $52,404.59 - $57,345.32 per year
