JOB TITLE: Senior IT RECRUITER (ON-SITE)

Location: Clark, Pampanga (willing to relocate)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Senior IT Recruiter is responsible for leading a small team of technical recruiters and overseeing the on-site recruitment process for technical job openings within the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of technical requirements, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Team Leadership:
Recruit, onboard, and train a small team of technical recruiters.
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to ensure they meet performance targets and adhere to best practices in technical recruitment.
Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment aimed at achieving recruitment goals.
2. Recruitment Strategy:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent for various job openings.
Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment plans.
Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to identify and engage with potential candidates.
3. Candidate Screening and Evaluation:
Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate technical assessments and interviews with hiring managers and technical leads.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication and feedback.
4. Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement innovative approaches to sourcing and candidate engagement to stay competitive in the market.
Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
5. Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to candidate interactions, evaluations, and hiring decisions.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure alignment with organizational policies and procedures.
6. Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, technical leads, and HR partners.
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights and recommendations to support their talent acquisition needs.
Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to promote the employer brand and attract top talent.
The Senior IT Recruiter will need to build his own team of at least 2 IT recruiters (on-site) to assist him. They will be under the Gabtech Recruitment Team and will need to forward candidates for client endorsement. Client interviews will still be facilitated by the Gabtech Recruitment Team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience (5 years) as a technical recruiter, with a focus on IT, software development, engineering, or related fields.
Demonstrated leadership experience, including team management, mentoring, and coaching.
In-depth knowledge of technical recruitment best practices, tools, and techniques.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and other relevant HR technologies.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing business needs and priorities.
Willing to relocate if not from Pampanga
