GAI Consultants, Inc is seeking an Engineering Intern (EI) to work out of our Bridgeport, WV office. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a challenging, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment that will utilize their college education and related work experience to develop professionally into a well-rounded engineer with the ability to grow in today's global environment.
Job Duties:
- Assist in Civil Engineering design and calculations for erosion and sediment control, stormwater, and grading components of Oil and Gas projects.
- Participates in technical studies, product design, preparation of specifications, and technical plans.
- Filling out and completing permit applications for processing.
- Construction administration support including field observation reports.
- Prepare plans utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Minimal travel to project sites is required.

Experience
Required- Less than 2 year(s): Civil Engineering experience.
- Experience with Hydraflow Hydrographs, Hydraflow Storm Sewers.
- Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Permitting Experience.
Education
Required- Bachelors or better in Civil Engineering or related field
