Galactic Toys & Games is hiring!
Looking for a Full time Store Manager! Previous management experience is required. Knowledge of our products is required.
Strong experience with MTG , Pokemon and Tcgplayer is a plus.
Scheduled hours are 1pm-10pm Mon-Friday, 11am-10pm Sat, 12pm-6pm Sunday. Must be able to work weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Managerial duties as assigned including Opening/Closing the store, event creation and coordination, managing employees, and much more.
- Welcome customers and identify their needs
- Handling Social Media channels for the store
- Explain and recommend products to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
- Process product orders & auditing inventory
- Assist in running gaming events
- Handle inbound/outbound phone calls
- Keep store clean
Qualifications:
- Must be available for weekend and evening hours
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Must have reliable transportation
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Ability to lift 40lbs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 42 – 45 per week
