Role Description
Galaxy Digital Lending (GDL) is seeking a business development and strategy specialist who will serve as the key connector between its product traders and sales teams. This person will support the Head of Lending in developing the business’ strategic roadmap and driving the build-out of new institutional services and product. They also work with Galaxy Digital’s Trading and Institutional Sales teams on initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Help define and drive the business’ strategic roadmap
- Develop and maintain business growth models
- Create go-to-market strategies for new products and services
- Identify and nurture potential partnerships across the financial services industry
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (STEM/Finance a plus)
- 6 years of experience in the financial services sector
- Excel/modeling skills
- Finance or math background
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work in a highly entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
- An interest in cryptocurrencies and Blockchain technology
