As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Summary
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Present product demonstrations and provide technical sales support to customers
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize sales revenue
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

- Proven experience in sales or business development roles
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in account management and CRM software

Job Type: Permanent

Shifts: 7am-3pm, 8 am – 4pm, or 9 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday. The schedule will be discussed with the hiring managers.

Location: Las Vegas, NV (please note this is not a remote position)

Starting Salary: $32,000.00 per year commission
